I am Jason Bowman.

I'm a 22 year old male, originally from Owosso, Michigan.  I am set to graduate from Central Michigan University in May with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts, having studied Commercial Recreation and Facility Management and minored in Marketing.

I have a fiancee, her name is Rebecca.  We've been together almost 4 years and are planning on getting married on August 8, 2009.

Depending on how we are talking, I've been a photographer anywhere from 1 year to 10.  I've been shooting big events and professionally for almost a year, but I've been taking pictures since I was a kid.  From pictures during summer camping vacations, to our backyard, anything that captivated my eye, I wanted a picture of.  I consider myself a people person, and I always want to share stories with people on what's happening in my life, and I feel like having a picture of something can show them better than just describing.

I consider my photography to be a dream, something where I can use my artistic and creative skills to capture a moment, a point in time where emotion is high, a moment that words cannot begin to describe.  I feel lucky and privledged to be able to shoot events such as the MAC Championship Game, the Motor City Bowl, SVSU Football, MAC Basketball, the North American International Auto Show, nature and anything I can get my eye to the camera, and the camera lens pointed to.  I've almost always got my camera with me if I am going out somewhere, not knowing when that perfect shot comes about.

I shoot with Canon products, along with one Sigma lens I do own.
